Have you been a part of Howard House over the past 11 years? Maybe you stayed with us as a resident? Perhaps you have helped us along the way?
We would love you to join us and celebrate the incredible people and outstanding achievements of Howard House! Our residential drug/alcohol detoxification and rehab service has been in operation since 2011,and it’s closing its doors soon.
It’s an opportunity to say goodbye, say thank you, remember your time or involvement with the House and come together to celebrate one last time!
Where and when?
SMART Howard House, 190 Iffley Road, Oxford, OX4 1SD.
Saturday April 9th 2022, 1pm – 4pm.
What’s happening?
There will be key speakers, displays of imagery and Howard House history and a light buffet, cakes and tea/coffee/water/juice. We hope to hold much of the event in the garden, weather permitting.
Some of the building will be open to allow access to rooms you may remember, and an opportunity to relive and rekindle your positive experiences and memories.
Who can come?
If you have been connected to Howard House in any way we would love you to come along and remember the amazing memories this very special space has created. Your friends and family (including children) are most welcome to attend (please remember some of the subject matter may not be suitable for younger ears) and we ask that you generate a ticket for every member of your group, so we can keep track of numbers.

Can’t make it but still want to take part?
If you are unable to attend then please feel free to send any messages and images you would like to pass on to the team to supportservices@smartcjs.org.uk. In addition, we will be creating a book to remember the house by and I encourage you to email me any memories, stories, messages to staff or images you’d like to be considered for inclusion in the book.
