Concept Event Solutions are awesome!

We’d like to say a big thank you to our friends at Concept Event Solutions for helping us with our first SMART Prebend Centre annual dinner dance on 2nd November 2018.

We wanted to be able to show our guests a presentation of what’s been happening at the SMART Prebend Centre over the last year and also needed some extra lighting for the venue, so we hit the phones to see if anyone could assist us in making this this happen. After a few conversations with companies who were unable to help we spoke to Martin, and later Rachael from Concept Event Solutions in Bedford who were super helpful and friendly. Concept Event Solutions supplied a superb 60 inch screen and stand that was perfect for our presentation, and 6 colourful up-lighters that made a big difference to the lighting on the night, delivered and collected at no cost because they wanted to support our cause.

Being a small charity we rely on the generosity of companies like Concept Event Solutions to be able to make the most out of fundraising events like the dinner dance. Often when we think about giving to charity we think of giving money, but donations come in many forms and these are vital for small charities to keep going. So on behalf of everyone at SMART we’d like to offer our sincere thanks.
