SMART Wokingham

What we do there

We provide support for residents of Wokingham who are struggling with their drug and alcohol use.

We offer:

  • One-to-one support for issues you are facing with drugs and alcohol
  • Educational, interactive and fun group activities
  • Counselling
  • A young persons service
  • Substitute prescribing for opiate addiction
  • A needle exchange for safer drug use

This service is only available in Wokingham, but don’t worry if you live outside of the area -Find your local drug and alcohol service.

COVID-19 – Changes to SMART Wokingham Services

Our staff in Wokingham are now offering appointments at the centre (following social distancing guidelines). Telephone appointments are also available.

SMART Wokingham are not currently running groups sessions. Instead, there is a weekly online meeting.

Normal Opening Times

Note – Due to COVID-19 we are unable to offer most service users appointments at the service. Please call if you believe you should be attending in person.
