Salary: Starting from £18,799 pro rata
Hours: 18.5 hours per week
Pension: 6% After 3 months Annual leave: 27 days per annum

We are currently looking for a: Recovery Support Worker – Young Person’s Outreach Lead.
The post holder will have the ability to work with clients and their families; partner agencies and other external organisations to provide a recovery support service to service users and front line workers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the referral system, ensuring everyone wanting to access treatment can do so in required timeframes, for Adults and YP
- Carrying out assessments identifying priorities and ongoing need, including risk assessment and management and setting initial goals, for Adults and YP
- Delivering outreach support services for young people misusing substances, or at risk of doing so
- Providing support to the SU accessing open access service, delivering information and advice, including harm minimisation and family support, as appropriate and needle exchange, for YP and Adults.
