SMART win contract to continue SMART Howard House!

We are delighted to announce that SMART Howard House has been awarded a new contract to continue providing exceptional drug and alcohol detoxification in Oxfordshire.

SMART Howard House is a unique, publically funded, 10 bed residential drug and alcohol detoxification service for residents of Oxfordshire. The project opened in 2010 and is named after our long standing Trustee, Mike Howard. Read more…

The team have been busy consulting with residents this year exploring ways to enhance the service with recent improvements including a new IT suite and the introduction of SMART’s nationally recognised qualification, SMARTskills Level 1 Award in Skills for Employment and Further Learning. These improvements mean that residents are able to increase their skills and gain a qualification during their stay.

“The SMART Howard House team have worked incredibly hard to make this service a success and we are thrilled to be able to continue with the contract. Today we are celebrating our teams outstanding dedication and commitment to this wonderful project” Cath Hoskins – SMART CEO

The new contract will commence from October 2018.
