Understanding the Homeless and Rough Sleeper Community and COVID-19

Many questions are being asked about homelessness and COVID-19 right now, the answers to which are not always obvious and often complex. Our Understanding the Homeless and Rough Sleeper Community and COVID-19 Guide answers some of the main questions we are being asked and contains useful COVID-19 resources for rough sleepers.
